The dynamic lifestyle and energy of Panorama residents and staff is the heart of our community. We never stop learning, exploring and trying something new. Our residents are engaged and involved, especially now that they have ample opportunities to enjoy hobbies, interests and causes. We are a good fit for those who want more out of retirement.
Like many Life Plan Communities, Panorama provides access to a continuum of care that includes independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. Panorama gives residents the comfort and ease of care options in one location.
Life Plan communities vary in contract terms. Panorama’s contract requires lower entrance and monthly fees, so residents pay only for what their life situation requires, instead of higher fees for services that don’t apply to their current needs. Residents can choose to pay for additional services such as housekeeping, but most amenities are available without additional charge (i.e. the Aquatic & Fitness Center, Urgent Response Aides, and Social Services).
Panorama is a 501(c)(3) corporation, a not-for-profit organization. We are not affiliated with faith-based or special interest organizations. All of our resources are reinvested back into our community allowing us to grow better each year. Over the past six decades we have listened and responded to residents’ desires. From sprawling garden space to pickleball courts to electric vehicle charging stations, we are continually driven to adapt and evolve by the ideas and needs of our residents.
Unlike most life plan communities, we are not a building. Our 140 acres of winding streets and towering trees includes homes of all different shapes and sizes. With hundreds of floor plans in 12 different neighborhoods, Panorama’s beautiful grounds feel like an expansive college campus.
