The crowning of a Valentine King and Queen was an annual event in the Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center in the early 1990’s. Pictured below is Chuck Williams and Wanda Holladay, crowned in 1991. Wanda and Jesse Holladay were early residents of Panorama and the namesake of Holladay Park; Wanda founded what is now Gifts Etc. By the time this photograph was taken, Wanda was widowed and living in the C&R.
