Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Evansville and has been a licensed CPA since 1987. Bill has served as Panorama’s Chief Executive officer since 2016 and Chief Financial Officer since 2005.
Prior to Panorama, Bill served as Regional Director of Finance for the Hillhaven Corporation (Tacoma, WA); Director of Ancillary Services for ManorCare (Gaithersburg, MD); Chief Financial Officer for Avamere Healthcare (Wilsonville, OR); and Vice President of Internal Audit for Sun Healthcare (Albuquerque, NM).
Bill is a member of the Board of Directors for LeadingAge, a trade organization dedicated to promoting quality housing and healthcare services for seniors. Bill serves on the LeadingAge Nursing Home, and Life Plan Community Committees. He is also a member of the St. Martin’s University School of Business Advisory Board.
Matt joined Panorama as Director of Human Resources in 2001. In 2013 he completed the LeadingAge Leadership Academy, a year-long leadership training program for senior service professionals. He remains active with the program in support of future leaders.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota. He studied organizational development at Chapman University, and has participated in executive development programs at Wharton and Kellogg as well as hospitality programs with Disney and the Ritz Carlton.
